Do your products help eczema / psoriasis / dry skin?
Yes! By keeping out the harsh chemicals in our products, the amazing oils & butters, essential oils & goat's milk can do their job and really heal your skin just like they've healed my children's eczema.
Do you use parabens / phthalates / harsh chemicals in your products?
Those are bad words at Simply Daisy and strictly forbidden.
Where do you get the goat's milk?
We milk our own goats on the Simply Daisy farm. Those goats are babied by us and roam our 30-acre pasture for most of the year.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
What is your shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping for all orders $75 and up. For orders under $75 we charge the cost of USPS, based on weight calculated at checkout. Any shipping overages over $2 will be refunded.
What is your current ship time?
Our current order processing time is 1-2 business days. Wholesale orders can take up to a week to process.
